Hypnotherapy sessions are 45 to 60 minutes. The first 15 to 20 minutes includes a discussion of the area the client wants to resolve. The remaining time is spent in hypnosis. Appointments are virtual meetings. This format is just as effective as in-person sessions.

Hypnosis is a technique where a person enters a state of deep focus and relaxation in order to resolve emotional distress, emotional blocks, change thought & behavior patterns, or heal from past hurts.
