1. Agreement to Terms
By using the i-Molecular website and purchasing or enrolling in any services offered by I-Molecular LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("client," "participant," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

I-Molecular LLC offers the following services:
2.1 Five-Week Anxiety Coaching Program
A group coaching program consisting of five (5) weekly sessions conducted via Microsoft Teams. Each session is approximately 75 minutes and includes educational content, guided meditation, and hypnosis practices.
2.2 One-on-One Coaching Sessions
Individual coaching sessions with Dr. Theresa Jenkins at $40.00 per session.
2.3 Additional Services
Additional products and services may be added and will be subject to these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise specified.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payment Due
Payment is due at the time of booking or enrollment for all services.
3.2 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other payment methods as indicated during checkout.
3.3 Payment Processing
Payment information is processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store complete credit card information.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policies
4.1 Five-Week Anxiety Coaching Program
Full Refund
A full refund will be issued if requested before the first class session begins.
Partial Refund
A partial refund of $100.00 will be issued if requested after the first class but before the second class begins.
No Refunds
No refunds will be issued after the second class session begins, regardless of:
Important: Because recordings of all sessions are provided to all participants via email regardless of live attendance, inability to attend live sessions does not qualify for a refund.

You may reschedule your session one time with at least 24 hours notice at no additional charge. Subsequent rescheduling requests may be subject to availability and additional fees.

8.2 Professional Credentials
Dr. Theresa Jenkins holds the following credentials: PsyD, MA, BS Biology, Life Coach Certification, and Guided Meditation Certification. Services are offered in the capacity of life coaching and educational instruction, not as licensed mental health treatment.

While many clients experience positive outcomes, we make no guarantees regarding specific results. Individual results vary based on numerous factors including personal commitment, practice, and individual circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I-Molecular LLC and Dr. Theresa Jenkins shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
